• Minimum education levelxefxbcx9aBachelor & above.
• Must have 1 - 2 years' of working experiences
• Computer-literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
• Good presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Confident, self-motivated with initiative, positive working attitude, able to handle multi tasks, result oriented and creative.
• Strong ability to work independently and also as team player where frequent collaboration across functional department is necessary.

ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Business Development Executive at Alto Cloud at Menara The Stride, Bukit Bintang City Centre. As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as new business development, lead generation, customer relationship & account management. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to drive sales growth and establish strong relationships with clients. Internal training will be provided, we are committed to nurturing talent and fostering professional development. Earn generous commissions on top of competitive base pay, rewarding your contributions and success.: * Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and provide consultants to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track and record sales activities to ensure achieving monthly KPI.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.
