Job Description

DUTIES OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE



a. Sales and Business Development

Manage and grow inter-company sales by ensuring seamless coordination between internal
stakeholders and affiliated entities.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire and maintain OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer) clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential and existing OEM clients.
Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend new product opportunities or improvements.
Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth or areas needing improvement.

b. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM clients, providing timely updates and support.
Build and nurture strong relationships with inter-company stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and effective issue resolution.

c. Operational Support

Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Assist in optimizing inter-company and OEM sales processes for better efficiency and scalability.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, compliance progress, and accreditation status for management review.

Job Requirements:



a. Must-Have Skills:



Strong Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to present and pitch ideas clearly and confidently

Sales & Negotiation Skills

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals Experience with B2B or B2C sales cycles Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Market Research & Analysis

Ability to identify new business opportunities and market trends Experience conducting competitive analysis

CRM Proficiency

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) Maintaining accurate sales pipeline and client records

Target-Driven Mindset

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Interpersonal & Relationship-Building Skills

Strong networking ability Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
