About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive

Executive, Strategic & Business Development

to support the Group's growth across multiple subsidiaries and industries. The role will focus on research, business development, project monitoring, financial/commercial review, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with Group objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and business research to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends. Support preparation and review of business proposals, quotations, financial projections, and risk assessments. Track and monitor key projects and initiatives across subsidiaries, ensuring timely execution and alignment with Group strategy. Review financial and commercial aspects (COGS, margins, vendor quotations) to improve efficiency and profitability. Prepare consolidated reports, dashboards, and KPI/Balanced Scorecard updates for Management and Board. Build and maintain strong engagement with internal stakeholders (subsidiaries, Management, Board) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, regulators, industry bodies). Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance Group and subsidiary performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. 3-5 years' experience in strategy, business development, or project monitoring (preferably at Group/Holding level). Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. Commercial awareness with financial acumen. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Exposure to multi-industry environments is highly valued - especially in technology/AI, security systems, trading, logistics, construction, aviation, and travel.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
