We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. If you are passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and achieving growth targets, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Promote and market
HRDC-claimable training programs
to corporate and government sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their training needs.
Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma/Degree
in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years experience
in sales, business development, or training industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of HRDC programs
is an added advantage.
