Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of financial education concepts and the ability to articulate them effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in the Business / Mgmt Consulting industry is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the financial education sector, aligning with Wealth Mastery Academy's mission and growth objectives.
• Generate qualified leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and leveraging existing contacts, to expand the client base.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions based on WMA's educational programs.
• Conduct presentations and consultations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of WMA's financial education services in both Mandarin and English.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote WMA's programs and generate interest among potential clients.
• Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
