Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Malaysian immigration, specifically with ESD and work visa application processes.
• Strong understanding of expatriate work pass requirements and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
:We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and assisting corporate and individual clients on the application of foreign work permits and employment passes in Malaysia. This role requires strong knowledge of the Expatriate Services Division (ESD)platform and immigration requirements, ensuring that all applications are compliant with Malaysian regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process foreign work visa and employment pass applications through the ESD system.
• Advise clients on immigration compliance, required documentation, and timelines.
• Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Immigration Department, MDEC) to ensure smooth approval of applications.
• Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes related to immigration and work passes.
• Provide professional support and clear communication to both clients and internal teams.
