(JD)Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities within the automotive manufacturing industry (local & international).
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, focusing on automotive parts and accessories.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to automotive clients' requirements.
Support negotiations and contract management to secure new projects.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and fulfillment of customer needs.
Follow up on client orders, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and successful delivery.
Monitor inventory availability, lead times, and shipment schedules to align with customer expectations.
Track sales performance, prepare progress reports, and recommend strategies to achieve business targets.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, resolving issues and providing after-sales support.
Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry-related business meetings.
Perform any other related tasks or ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in business development, customer management, or related fields.
Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of automotive components, supply chains, and OEM/EMS operations is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in order management, shipment coordination, or customer service support is an added advantage.
Able to work independently and in a team, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
