Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Attend and report for daily meeting. \xc2\xb7 Updating sales report on daily basis. \xc2\xb7 Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries from clients. \xc2\xb7 Constantly follow-up with client\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries. \xc2\xb7 Compiling and preparing sales forecast for Finance & Management review on quarterly basis. \xc2\xb7 Developing quotes and proposals (services) according to the needs of the clients. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. \xc2\xb7 Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish good rapport and set up meetings. \xc2\xb7 Actively identifying new sales leads and potential market. \xc2\xb7 Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Plan and prepare business presentations. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate and close business deals with clients. \xc2\xb7 Meet and exceed targets for revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company. \xc2\xb7 Prepare contracts and bids for the company. \xc2\xb7 Any other duties assigned by superior or Management. Responsibility & Accountability \xc2\xb7 Responsible to execute business development strategies in increasing publications exposure and awareness in the market. \xc2\xb7 Network with individuals and businesses to generate and identify business opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Stay abreast global market information, research competition information. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for promoting and carrying out sales activities. \xc2\xb7 To proactively build existing business and generate new business opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Develops marketing strategies for the market to ensure attainment of Company\xe2\x80\x99s sales goal and profitability. Qualification Required \xc2\xb7 Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience. \xc2\xb7 Prefer with good experience in Sales & Business Development. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements. \xc2\xb7 Computer literate.
