motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive
to join our expanding team in the
Oil & Gas sector
. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients, promote innovative products, and drive brand growth across Malaysia. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing product strategies, and providing excellent customer support to ensure sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
market research
and identify business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
Visit customers and build long-term partnerships with clients and end users.
Execute
product branding and marketing initiatives
, including roadshows, trade events, and product launches.
Provide
technical product demonstrations
, training, and after-sales support.
Analyze
competitor activities and market trends
to enhance business strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve performance targets.
Support innovation efforts and contribute to
new market development
.
Perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
in any field (Engineering background is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build professional relationships with clients.
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
.
Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and the Oil & Gas industry.
Experience in Oil & Gas sales, product promotion, or industrial equipment
is highly preferred.
Willing to travel
within Malaysia for client visits and site engagements.
Fluent in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
; knowledge of
Chinese
is an advantage.
