Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and promoting our range of HR and recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
Pitch recruitment, staffing, and HR outsourcing solutions to corporate clients across industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field and a genuine passion for HR and people solutions.
Experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, or HR outsourcing industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and close deals.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented professional with a positive attitude.
