Job Description

Bintara Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities

: Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and business opportunities. Develop strategies to approach and secure new business.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with Bintara Solutions' offerings.

Sales and Revenue Growth

: Achieve sales targets and KPIs. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.

Proposal and Contract Management

: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Ensure all agreements are aligned with company policies and client requirements.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

Reporting and Analysis

: Track and report on sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies.

Market Intelligence

: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Requirements

:

SPM / STPM / SKM / Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Experience in the IT industry or a technology solutions provider. Knowledge of market research and sales strategies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
