Position Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you are to develop sound commercial strategy focusing on new business
Made With, Delivery, OEM, Central and Dark Kitchens.

A day in the life of a Business Development Executive

  • Strategy & Execution: Formulate, present, implement and review propositions that drive our strategic priorities across all channels leveraging OEM to develop finished and half-finished Ready-To-Eat/Ready-To-Heat SKUs.
  • Establish OEM partnerships and new business models for new product/category concepts.
  • Field Management: Establish the legal framework for our new partnerships with the support from legal.
  • Support the sales team with selected distributors/partners by helping them to implement innovations and defining RTM priorities in relationship to new launches.
  • Identify next gen innovation: Work together in our CEC with our partners, our in-house Chef & Barista, and the R&D center to bring in- and support new concepts from the OOH trade. Where applicable work with start-ups and the R&D Accelerator to define new opportunities for collaborations, products, and M&A
  • P&L responsibility: Consistently measure the results of the implemented initiatives and mitigate when P&L is not in line. These models will require their own unique blueprints (combined P&L) and therefore close collaboration with the finance team.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership by bringing opportunities to the organization and guiding the category- and sales management on implementation and maximization of these initiatives.
  • Determine right level of maturity of each initiative before passing it back to the relevant channel sales team.
What will make you successful?
  • Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years\' experience in Marketing & Sales (at least 2-3 years in the foodservice industry)
  • Good communication, presentation & PR skills required.
  • Good Sales, Negotiation skills and stake holder management.
  • Good understanding of finance and P&L required.
  • Keen on understanding Out-of-Home industry trends and the ability to see how Nestle\'s priorities match the trends and derive new insights and business opportunities from this.
