Job Description

Ureka Media Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in trading, on-field trading business, or distribution, specifically in the beverages sector (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic). This role involves acquiring business partners for advertising screens in bars, restaurants, clubs and other related retail businesses.Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trading, on-field trading business, or distribution in the beverages industry.
• Strong understanding of the beverages market, including both non-alcoholic and alcoholic products.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships with bars, restaurants, clubs, and other related retail businesses.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possess a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the beverages sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and clubs to distribute our advertising screens.
• Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay updated on industry trends.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential partners.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with new partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
