Research and identify new leads and potential new markets.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
Developing quotes and proposals.
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (a plus)
Required basic software skills: MS Office.
Solar Engineering Project/Business Development Experience is a PLUS.
Self-motivated with strong willing to learn attitude.
Capable of performing in a high paced environment.
Must possess own car.
Minimum Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent sales person with excellent sales track record and experience will be seriously considered.
Candidate will be based in Petaling Jaya branch office.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
