Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development Support
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Draft emails, presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Assist with lead distribution, tracking, and progress updates.
- Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and Google Forms.
- Conduct basic research to support business and recruitment initiatives.
- Prepare training materials and consolidate weekly/monthly performance reports.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Serve as liaison between Business Development Manager and team members.
- Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and pending actions.
- Draft internal announcements, communication updates, and reminders.
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
3. Operational Support
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees
- Ensure SOPs, tracking sheets, and shared links remain accurate and updated.
- Compile daily/weekly updates into structured reports for the Business Development Manager
- Support ad-hoc operational and recruitment tasks as needed.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Google Workspace and basic data management.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and responsibility.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
