Responsibilities:

Develop new clients, build and maintain customer relationships, and expand market share. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and formulate sales strategies. Participate in industry exhibitions and business conferences to expand professional networks. Achieve company-set sales targets and KPIs. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate contract terms with clients. Manage the sales process to ensure successful transaction completion. Regularly analyze sales data, evaluate market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly. Submit business progress reports and provide decision-making support to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of business development/sales experience (fresh graduates may apply for junior positions). Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (must be able to draft business proposals). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, able to work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Market-sensitive with a strong ability to identify business opportunities. Willingness to travel (locally or within Southeast Asia).
