Focus on driving growth for Cloud HRMS and Accounting Software among business clients (B2B).
Manage the full sales process, from receiving leads to prospecting and client onboarding.
Provide presales technical and functional support to clients with minimal supervision.
Identify and approach new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote Info-Tech's products.
Encourage new customers to adopt Info-Tech Cloud HRMS and Accounting solutions.
Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Main Requirements:
Preferably holds a Diploma or Degree in any field.
Good communication skills with fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements such as EPF, Employment Act, and SOCSO will be an added advantage.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills with clients.
Must possess own transport and be able to travel within the Borneo region (Sabah / Sarawak).
