Job Responsibility Process customers order, payment follow up and manage delivery schedules. Communication with different department to expedite workflow Inform customer, clients & sales team of unforeseen delays or problems To coordinate with Production & Logistics personnel to convey/update delivery or shipment information to the customers To handle sales calls, emails, and enquiries from existing or new customers To assist in achieving sales target set by company. To ensure timely collection of amounts due from customers Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors. Inform customer, clients & sales team of unforeseen delays or problems Job Requirements Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or related field Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus; at least min 2 years experience.
