Coordinate on agreements
Follow up with client on the Vending Machine quality and potential issue
Meet up with existing customer for improvement on any customer complaint or request.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma and higher with 5 years' experience
Personal integrity to handle confidential information
Candidate can travel anytime
Customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication skills , extra languages is an advantage
Confidence -maintaining a positive attitude
Resillence-communicating with conviction
Active Listening-understanding the customers needs
Entrepreneurial spirit-continual self-improvement
