Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

with experience in

vending machine solutions and leasing arrangements

. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through vending machine placements and leasing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for

vending machine placements and leasing solutions

. Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, property managers, retailers, and other potential business partners. Prepare and deliver business proposals, leasing packages, and customized solutions to meet client needs. Negotiate leasing contracts, rental agreements, and partnership terms to achieve company targets. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth implementation of vending machine placements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Achieve monthly sales, leasing, and revenue growth targets. Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry-related activities.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (2-4 years) in

business development, leasing, or vending machine/office solutions industry

. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Result-oriented with ability to work independently and achieve targets. Good understanding of leasing contracts and financial terms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
