Job Responsibility Sales Identify and target potential clients/customers through market research, lead generation, and networking. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings. Develop and present tailored solutions that address client needs and result in successful closures. Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements while adhering to company guidelines and policies. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets and contribute to team success. Marketing Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals. Assist in creating marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. Participate in organizing and attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand visibility. Reporting And Analysis Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and deals in the RM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and progress toward targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize sales and marketing strategies. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma or higher At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
