Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: RM2,000
Working Days & Hours: Flexible

Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM (In the office) Friday: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM (Zoom)
Location: B-5-2 Space U8 Mall, Persiaran Pasak Bumi, Seksyen U8 Bukit Jelutong, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor



We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to build strong client relationships, develop business opportunities, and support financial planning services.

In this role, you will engage with prospects through networking, presentations, and consultations while identifying suitable financial products for clients. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, people-oriented, and passionate about long-term career growth in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities



1) Conduct coffee sessions, social networking activities, and online branding to generate new business leads
2) Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and follow-ups
3) Identify and recommend the best financial products based on clients' needs
4) Deliver presentations to corporate clients and the general public
5) Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and self-development programs
6) Identify and develop new business opportunities in insurance, investment, and inheritance planning
7) Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
8) Provide professional consultations and tailored financial solutions
9) Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and financial plans
10) Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
11) Maintain accurate client records and prepare sales reports
12) Attend training and development programs provided by the company
