Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training and mentorship provided).
2-4 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or corporate training may be considered for Senior Executive positions.
Positive, proactive, and people-oriented attitude.
Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Experience in the training industry is an added advantage, but a strong desire to grow and succeed is most important.

Tanggungjawab

Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate training and learning solutions.
Build strong client relationships & understand their needs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Practice consultative selling to deliver business impact.
Collaborate with training and internal teams for seamless training delivery.
Nurture long-term partnerships through consistent engagement.
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
