\xef\xbb\xbfJob Responsibilities

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfSecure the position of company as a reliable supplier in the market.
• Responsible for handling local customers as well as customers in South East Asia and other assigned countries.
• Achieve reasonable market share as forecasted.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers/consultants/architects through regular phone contact, email or personal contact.
• Propose & implementing market strategies, analyze and report market trends.
• Survey new business opportunities. Explore and expand the markets and ensure price competitiveness.
• Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
• Attend customer enquiry and complaint.
• Monitor trade debtors closely and ensure that all outstanding payments are collected within stipulated credit terms given by the company.
• Provide monthly and yearly sales forecast.
• Ensure all orders are delivered on time and towards customer satisfaction by working closely with Warehouse and Planning Department.
• Submit daily visit report.
• Update projects reference list on monthly basis.
• Report the upcoming projects that will take place in the market through daily visit report.
• Report the progress of the projects that already kicked off in the market through daily visit report.
• Based on market information / survey, report to the company competitor activities and strategies that may impose threat toward company market position.

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfPossess Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in any related field
• Have more than 2 years sales experience in construction/ manufacturing industry
• Experienced in developing good relationship with customers/ consultants/ architects/ contractors/ project owner & etc.
• Able to propose & implement market strategies
• Able to analyze and report market trends
• Able to prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Strong in communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
• Able to work well both independently and in a team
