What you\'ll do - Business Development You will reach out to exciting MNC & SME brands, understand intimately what they endeavor to achieve and develop customized compelling marketing pitches the brands are excited to begin. You will reach out hot, cold, warm and get that opportunity to elevator pitch to the who\'s who in the brands. You will drive, organise, coordinate brand pitches/presentations. You will create big ideas and craft effective, convincing, compelling marketing proposals for exciting brands. You will get to know our influencers and know their profiles and audiences, recommending the right type of profiles for brands. You will negotiate the details of each campaign and prepare the final contracts before handing them over to execution teams. JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Strong passion for Influencer Marketing Hungry & driven individuals that strive to be part of a fast-moving agency. Good in building client relationships with brands. Good sense of urgency & initiatives to follow up with clients Sourcing of potential brands to work with Pitching with brands to share X10 Media services Craft up proposals with suggested strategies/ directions for potential brand partnerships Follow up with brands & clients on proposals review Prepare campaign agreements/invoices for brands Work with a monthly meeting quota & KPI\'s.
