• Experience and complete assigned tasks by assisting with day-to-day operations with the assigned business unit.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities with a guided schedule and learning modules.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members on day-to-day operations and tasks.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Top Management.
