Job Description

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
• Experience in the water filtration or home appliance industry is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Driving License: Must have a valid driver\'s license and be willing to travel for client meetings within the Johor region.
• Able to lead the team and resources allocation & management skillet.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Johor and surrounding areas to increase market presence.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by promoting our Pureal water filter products and services to both residential and commercial clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Customer Solutions: Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their water filtration requirements.
• Business Strategies: Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
• Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the company and build a strong professional network in the water purification industry.
