GROUP HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING (Based in Sintok, Kedah) Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop a marketing and sales strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision for all group companies. \xc2\xb7 Oversees an organization\'s sales and marketing programs. \xc2\xb7 Creating and promoting the company\'s overall brand identity Developing promotion and marketing program plan within the Group Company\xe2\x80\x99s budget and achieving the sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Identify prospects and develop new business opportunities through strategic marketing with thorough market research. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and generate progress reports every month for the top management. \xc2\xb7 Plan and manage the group company\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Report duties to the Group Chief Executive Officer. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, social media Digital, Business Development, or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in a related field and 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience at the managerial level with a proven track record. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics are encouraged to apply. \xc2\xb7 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Must have excellent corporate networking. \xc2\xb7 Analytical mind in understanding the current market trends and up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in sales & marketing. \xc2\xb7 Readiness to work during weekends and public holidays. \xc2\xb7 Analytical, proactive, resourceful, and a team player. \xc2\xb7 Willing to travel and work location based in Kedah.
