Good Excel, presentation skills is a must - an added advantage with VBA skills,
Understanding of Hubspot and Jira
The individual needs to possess great engagement, communication skills as he/she would be constantly required to communicate with senior management and stakeholders across locations
Ability to deliver against tight deadlines with high quality
Needs to have an eye for detail and good analytical skills
Proactive, self starter with an ability to drive things independently

Responsibilities

Assist in visibility of Business Affairs by maintaining frequent internal communication between teams (Agency, Agents and Investors)
Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to build and manage thoughtful, high performing materials to facilitate the Agents and Investor
Perform risk analysis on existing and proposed processes
Assist with communication and tracking of annual and multi-year project analytics
Manage coordination of developing the agent\'s portfolio build long-term relationships with key clients.
Partner with Operations and Compliance for performance management, policy confirmation, the tracking of employee compliance and other ad-hoc requests that may arise from the management.
