Job Description
Menara Keck Seng, a commercial building located at Kuala Lumpur city\xe2\x80\x99s prime and vibrant business zone at Jalan Bukit Bintang have the following vacancy to be filled:-
Prerequisites :-
- Minimum 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in commercial leasing, property management, business development, sales, account management or equivalent;
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, real estate or property related discipline;
- Excellent negotiation skills with good understanding of lease agreements and real estate.
- Proven track records of achievements;
- Excellent command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English, conversant in Chinese will be an added advantage;
- Pleasant disposition, proven ability to build relationships and adaptable to work with teams;
- Possess a high level of integrity, positive attitude, innovative and a self-starter.
