About the Role



We are looking for a

Business Development Manager

who is passionate about connecting impact with revenue. You will drive

corporate sales growth

for our Financial Literacy Corporate Programme and Women & Wealth, our flagship financial literacy programmes, under Aisya Rahman Advisory Sdn Bhd.

This role is for someone who can blend

strategic sales

,

relationship-building

, and

purpose-driven leadership

. You'll start by leading corporate acquisition and partnership efforts, and progressively take on broader business responsibilities under the Founder's mentorship.

Key Responsibilities



1. Corporate Sales & Partnerships



Identify and acquire new corporate clients (banks, government agencies, corporates, NGOs, and educational institutions). Develop proposals, training packages, and presentations tailored to each client's objectives. Pitch and close deals for corporate training, speaking engagements, and collaborative programmes. Manage the full client journey, from lead generation to post-programme follow-up and renewal.

2. Strategic Business Development



Build strategic alliances with ecosystem partners (financial institutions, HRDC, foundations, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract and convert corporate clients.

3. Revenue Growth & Reporting



Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Prepare pipeline reports and forecasts for management review. Analyse sales performance and identify improvement strategies.

4. Leadership Exposure



Work directly with the Founder to understand company strategy, value propositions, and long-term direction. Participate in strategic discussions on scaling and brand expansion. Potential succession track to

Senior Manager

within 2-3 years.

Ideal Candidate Profile



5-10 years' experience in

corporate sales, business development, or partnerships

, ideally within education, finance, or consulting. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to nurture long-term client trust. Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and thrives in a mission-driven environment. Passion for women empowerment, financial literacy, or social impact is a strong plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under deadlines.
