Your role will lead this exciting business line, and support customers on how digital solutions and automation can help healthcare services providers manage the challenges of today\xe2\x80\x99s healthcare environment, increasing shortage of staff, the rising demand for imaging and the need to manage and leverage the vast amount of data for patient care.

About The Digital & Automation (D&A) Team

D&A ASEAN team is a diverse and passionate team on a mission to empower our customers to utilize innovative and national-scale solutions that transform healthcare for 650 million population. We support government, healthcare services providers to pioneer breakthrough in healthcare, for everyone, everywhere, sustainably, and improve access-to-care.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Your responsibilities will include leading and implementing the digital and automation plan in Malaysia, driving orders and revenue in Malaysia and executive relationships with customers and partners to establish new business ecosystem, and working closely with the country field teams to drive the day-to-day interactions with prospects to build a strong long term sales funnel and drive funnel to close business opportunities.
  • You will build deep relationships in public and private healthcare to bring relevant Siemens Healthineers\xe2\x80\x99 digital and automation technology to address their patient, business, and service delivery needs.
  • You will also work closely with the product/technical services/customer service teams, regional and global healthcare teams, and communities to help them shape future of healthcare needs in Malaysia.
  • The D&A Business Development Manager, Malaysia is expected to contribute to accelerate the growth and development of digital health business, including:
  • Business Planning: Actively engage with customers to create opportunities, drive order, revenue and profit growth in digital and automation business.
  • Business Development: Working closely with field sales team, key accounts managers, partners, Identification and development of customer digital strategy and opportunities, client requirement analysis, development of digitalization roadmap /proposals, client presentations, tender specification etc.
  • Solution Design, RFI and RFP Response: Anchor Proposal response to SIEMENS HEALTHINEERS\'s active pursuits in both Public and Private Sector for targeting Digital Health opportunities. You would be responsible to work closely with technical service team, the Technical and Solution Design and articulating the proposed - Approach and Methodology, Project Plan, SOW etc. for the proposals. You will lead the tender submission process and drive tender to close.
  • KAM and Sales Development: Support and lead learning and development initiatives for the team/project/organization in Digital Health.
  • Project Delivery: Understand client requirements, project scope and deliverables; SOW; Lead project delivery and manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders etc. Working closely with Customer Success Team post-delivery.
  • Operational excellence: Ensuring project profitability, timely delivery of projects, quality & risk management, positive feedbacks from the client, etc.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with sales, and customer service team, to drive customer success and grow the customer share-of-wallet in digital health solution.
  • Partner Development: Develop, expand, and drive business growth with partners and build digital eco-system.
  • Thought Leadership and C-level engagement: Drive thought leadership with C-level for digital transformation in healthcare, build strong pipeline for short to long-term business.

Your qualifications and Experience:
  • You possess a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Post-Graduation (preferable but not mandatory for candidates with strong experience): MCA / M. Tech
  • 7-10 years of relevant healthcare IT experience, strong healthcare IT sales background in world-class companies, supporting diverse set of healthcare customers.
  • Ability to drive C-level, key stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 management in key accounts, professional sales process, funnel management, continuously grow the share-of-wallet with customers.
  • Ability to influence field sales teams and execute to achieve and exceed year on year new business growth. Strong ownership and history meeting and exceeding quota/ revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success in working with customers, vendors, partners and in cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates with strong Business Development experience in Imaging IT with working knowledge of clinical/radiology workflow
  • Experience in Healthcare IT technologies, digital diagnostic (LIS), Imaging (PACS, RIS,..) and clinical systems (EMR,EHR,..), standards (IHE profiles, DICOM, HL7v2.x.,FHIR, CDA, SNOMED), workflows and healthcare environment.
  • Experience working with SQL, Java, VB, TCL, ORACLE, Unix, VMWare, Redhat, Linux, Microsoft Azure, AWS in Cloud/SaaS business operation.
  • Must have a good understanding of government/healthcare procurement, connection in private sector and healthcare-specific data compliance requirements in Malaysia.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful business development in healthcare industry in Malaysia.
  • Prior experience of proposal development and managing projects for government clients and large private hospital groups.
