• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles, ideally within the energy sector.
• Proven ability to develop and manage strategic client relationships.
• Strong understanding of market trends, particularly in sustainable and digital energy solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with technical and commercial aspects of project development.
• Analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and risks effectively.
• Previous work experience in Sarawak or familiarity with the region is an advantage.
