As a result of ongoing and continued successes within Thailand and internationally, this event ticketing platform leader within the event/festival industry is seeking a Business Development Manager (Events). In this job, you will join the new office based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Business Development Manager (Events) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for working exclusively with event organisers, acquiring new clients, servicing and managing existing clients, handling their needs, and developing sales and marketing strategies for customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquiring new event organisers to expand the client base
• Servicing clients and accommodating their needs
• Managing client needs and delivering the best results for the client
• Assisting and developing sales and marketing strategies for customer acquisition
• Meeting company sales goals
• Undertaking other positions or assignments as and when required by the company

To succeed in this Business Development Manager (Events) role, you must have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

• Successful, solid experience in a similar role
• Highly driven to achieve KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills
• A global perspective, with sensitivity to multiple and diverse cultures
