The Role
Role: Business Development Manager (Cloud / SaaS sales) and Business Development Manager (B2B sales)
Responsibilities:

  • Driving enterprise-level deals, shaping regional sales strategy, and serving as a key player in our APAC expansion.
  • Building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing deals.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industry segments.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.
  • Conduct solution-based selling by understanding customer requirements and positioning tailored cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and account growth.
  • Support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Provide market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Ideal Profile
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • (Cloud / SaaS sales role): 3-5 years of direct sales experience in cloud services, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • (B2B sales role): 3-5 years of experience in B2B solution / consultative selling (e.g., IT services, software solutions, business consulting, or other complex service-based fields).
  • Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and a history of high-value sales success
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and digital transformation trends.
  • Strong network and understanding of the APAC IT and business landscape.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into business value.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, excellent negotiation, presentation, client partnership-building skills and leadership skills.
