Benefits Summary:

• This is a full time permanent position
• Basic Salary RM2,500 - RM3,300 + RM1,000 (Travel Allowance) + Commission
• Medical Claims, Medical Insurance, Medical Leaves, Annual Leaves, Performance Bonuses, Commission Pay, Monthly Allowances, Company Trips and Events etc.
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 8.45am-6pm, Saturday: 8.45am-1pm (Once a month only)
• Working Location: Setia Alam

** Our client, a reputable Multinational Logistics company from Singapore that was established in 2008 and is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their sales team to expand company\'s market presence and work along with the company to become world renowned, strongest and most trusted Sea, Air & Land logistic company. __
** Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Secure business from existing or new customers and penetrate potential business
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Handle overseas branches or agents enquiries
• Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare sales report
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the manager

** Additional Information/ Requirement:

• Preferably candidate with SPM or Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Business Studies/ Marketing or equivalent
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Fresh graduates with a high desire to succeed and strong work ethics are encouraged to apply too
• Goal-oriented, organized team player while being a self-motivated person
• Faster learner and self-starter with a creative and proactive mindset
• Able to travel overseas for ad-hoc business trip
