1. To follow through and provide sales support to Domestic Customers as and when requested by customer (Distributors, Stockiest & Retailer) and to keep track of their sales performance.

2. To develop new customers & business segment, to ensure sustainability and continuous growth of the company.

3. Responsible for the company revenue and profit margin growth.

4. To implement sales plan and market penetration strategies to increase market share for New Products and meeting yearly sales target.

5. To support the distributors in all areas and ad-hoc duties to ensure sales efficiency.

6. To collect and keep track of market development and feedback to HOS for New Products Development.

7. To provide technical support to pre & post sales services.

8. Work with QA team to tackle customer complaints and technical issue to ensure customer satisfaction.

9. To monitor and report competitor\xe2\x80\x99s sales activity and feedback to HOS for strategy planning.

10. To perform payment collection and updating HOS on a timely manner

11. Keep track of any changes on product spec requirement and update to HOS in due cause

12. To work on action plan to sustain and develop the business for New Products

13. To learn and cross selling of intercompany products

14. To support on the sales trade fair and product presentation to relevant customer group.
