  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, competitor strategies, and target clients.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals, with a focus on increasing market share and exploring untapped market segments.
  • Analyze project feasibility, including cost analysis and risk assessment, to propose potential business ventures.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the property development and project management sectors.
  • Identify client needs and provide solutions by leveraging the company\xe2\x80\x99s expertise in project management consulting and property development.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
Project Acquisition & Proposal Development
  • Identify and pursue new projects by networking, attending industry events, and collaborating with other teams to understand project viability.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, bids, and contracts that align with company capabilities and client requirements.
  • Develop presentations and proposals that highlight the company\'s unique value proposition, service offerings, and project success stories.
Partnerships & Networking
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with contractors, architects, financial institutions, and other industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s visibility and influence within the market.
Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by identifying and securing profitable projects in project management and property development.
  • Track and report sales metrics, project pipelines, and revenue forecasts to management.
Internal Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with the project management and development teams to align business development goals with operational capabilities.
  • Provide insights to internal teams regarding client feedback, project requirements, and emerging trends to support continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing / Business Admin
  • Minimum 8 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years experience in real estate/property development industries
  • Hands-on experience in marketing planning & strategies
  • Able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good writing skills in English
