Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Johor Bahru. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to promote growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, coordinating sales efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Proven track record in business development and sales Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities Knowledge of logistics and supply chain industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in transportation and total supply chain solutions is a plus
