The Business Development Manager will be tasked to turbo-charge our energetic sales team to build relationships with agencies as well as new and existing clients directly. Able to consistently hit or surpass challenging, yet achievable targets and structuring packages based on needs of the client. The Business Development Manager will report to our Country Manager. This position is primarily based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the ever-changing social media marketing with an ever-versatile platform to meet marketing needs. Responsibilities: Able to research, prospect, and build a sales pipeline of qualified leads in Malaysia (Media, Creative, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing and Marketing Agencies, as well as direct brands) Drive awareness about the platform\'s offerings and services to potential clients by pitching to a range of prospects on creative solutions for influencer marketing Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients Developing quotes and proposals for clients Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met Meet personal/team\'s sales target on a quarterly basis Report to the Country Manager Requirements: Based in Kuala Lumpur Fluent in English (spoken and written) Passionate about social media, digital advertising, and influencer marketing Existing relationships with brands and advertising/marketing agencies Strong digital sales with preferably more than 4 years experience in digital media space - content and influencer marketing experience is a bonus A results-driven person who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and has excellent interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive salary Competitive commission structure Hybrid working structure Great open office culture and team culture Hybrid work environment Great career development opportunities in a growing company
