The candidate for this role will excel at seeking and closing new sales opportunities. By using a market knowledge and product knowledge to advise clients on products. Candidates identifying potential new clients and maintaining the existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and expansion of market presence by fostering and managing key business relationships.
• Identify emerging market trends and innovative ideas through extensive research of industry events, publications, and announcements.
• Proactively explore potential business opportunities and partnerships in the stretch film market and recycled plastic resin market.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of market strategies, deal requirements, and financial aspects to effectively evaluate potential business deals.
• Prioritize and resolve internal conflicts and competing priorities to facilitate optimal decision-making.
• Provide investment recommendations based on thorough evaluation of opportunities.
• Develop strong negotiating strategies & positions aligned with company strategies & operations.
• Assess risks and potentials associated with business opportunities to make informed decisions.
• Close new business deals successfully by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating contractual obligations with business operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information to safeguard the organization\'s value.
• Uphold and enhance the organization\'s reputation by taking ownership of diverse requests and challenges.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by performing additional assignments and tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any field of study or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Plastic Recycling industry and/or business development preferred.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Proactive with the ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-changing environment, and work independently with responsibility and diligence.
• Willingness to travel to any site in Malaysia as required by management.
