Job Description


  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target and driving business growth.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
  • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
  • Have strong knowledge of financial products, services and markets.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the finance industry.
  • Analyze competitors, market conditions, and client needs to develop effective business strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market analysis and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Set specific goals and create actionable plans to meet those goals, aligning with overall business strategy.
  • Identify target markets and key accounts, and prioritise efforts to maximise impact.
  • Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
  • Identify potential partnerships and alliances that align with the company\'s strategic goals.
  • Negotiate and establish partnerships to enhance the company\'s product offerings and market reach.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance, analyzing data to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Promote the company\'s products and services to prospective clients and partners.
  • Develop marketing materials and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote the company.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
  • Provide market feedback to product and service teams to inform development and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal departments to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development progress and results.
  • Ensure all business development processes and activities are well-documented and compliant with company policies.
