About the company:

Our client is a leading lightning and surge protection industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• \xef\xbb\xbfDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the lightning and surge protection industry.
• Manage and nurture relationships with business partners and sales channels to drive sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with new customers to expand the customers base.
• Conduct market research and analysis to keep up - to - date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote products and services.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure that products meet customer requirements and specifications
• Provide pre and post-sales support to customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company\'s brand and generate leads.

Job Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbfBachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years of sales experience in Malaysia or overseas.
• Proven track record of managing sales channels and business partners in a similar industry as the company.
• Experience in switchboard buildings, DCS, PLC, or control systems will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and business development.

Remuneration:

RM 10,000 - RM 18,000
