The Business Development Manager is responsible for securing new business opportunities through an end-to-end sales process of prospecting, qualifying, sales presentation, negotiating, proposals and contracting, through to implementation.
Objective
Build on market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business agreement per the agreed sales budget.

\xc2\xb7 Develop actionable and measurable tactical plans to create market awareness and increase market share to exceed sales budget
\xc2\xb7 Connect with clients through calls/networking events and responsible for the end-to-end sales process
\xc2\xb7 Qualify clients on their needs and obtain information on their requirements
\xc2\xb7 Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options
\xc2\xb7 Prepare Terms of Business, present and negotiate (if necessary), ensuring all Terms of Business are compliant.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure seamless transition and handover to recruitment team
\xc2\xb7 Cross selling of other Adecco services
\xc2\xb7 Ensure company and client information is kept confidential
The Key Performance Indicators are decided each year by the Directors and published.
