Job Description
Responsibilities: - Promoting company products and services to developer - To plan, develop, implement and strike for achieving the sales target set by the Management - To explore new business opportunities, developing new business plan and innovative marketing strategies for the new market diversification - To attend to and handle all the enquiries, customer visit, negotiation & follow up action - Build close rapport and relationship with existing / potential clients / developers etc - To prepare quotation submission to clients and sales collection from clients - To attend tender interview and design presentation with design team - To work closely with design team and project team to ensure smooth completion of project secured Requirements: - Degree in Interior Design / Business / Marketing - Minimum 5 years experience - Age: 30-40 - Experience in servicing developer - Experience in kitchen and wardrobe - Able to read ID and construction drawing will be an added advantage - Good understanding and knowledge of social media platforms - Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to the nature of business - Good presentation & communication skill - Computer literate - Possess own transport
