Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • Required skill(s): convincing selling skills
  • At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required
  • Able to work well with all levels of people
  • Possess own car and willing to travel
Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends in the industrial product sector.
  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients, including consultants, contractors, and end users.
  • Meet with consultants, contractors, and end users to understand their needs and project specifications.
  • Develop customized solutions that address client requirements and align with company capabilities.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations highlighting the value proposition of the proposed solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and use market insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and prepare reports on sales activities and revenue forecasts.
