Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the agency\'s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the agency\'s services and establish industry connections.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to guide product and service enhancements.
  • Contribute to the overall business development strategy, sharing ideas and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or at least 7 years in a similar role within the solutions provider industry.
  • Strong understanding of the communication agency landscape, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and measure sales performance.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
