Role Description This is a full-time role as a Business Development Manager for our client - a Technology company located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This will involve identifying and targeting key decision-makers in target companies, delivering sales presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts. Qualifications Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the IT solutions (application/software) industry Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Ability to work independently and in a team Relevant additional skills include: Experience with CRM, HR or ERP software sales related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
