A leading Solar Engineering Company is looking for Business Development Manager to lead an energetic business development and sales team based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
Lead your team to plan and strategize on sales and marketing plans to turn leads into sales in the competitive solar energy market in Klang Valley.
Hungry for and hunt for new business and leverage on every referral and opportunity that arise.
Effectively communicate project requirements to project and subsequently operations teams.
Advise technical solutions and provide trainings to customers.
Proven sales track record in signing commercial and industrial customers.
More than 5 years in similar industry doing the same role.
Background in Electrical Engineering is desirable.
Experience selling solutions instead of products to customers.
Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required.
Excellent leadership skills in managing a sales team.
Open to a fast paced working culture.
