Business Development Manager - Local & International Sales

Basic Salary :

MYR 5,500 - 7,000 (depending on experience)

Location :

Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru

Working Hours

Johor Bahru Office: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (Saturday on standby for appointments/exhibitions)

We are a growing manufacturer of premium wood composite materials, well recognised for quality and innovation in both local and international markets. To support our business growth, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive expansion and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities in Malaysia and international markets. Build brand visibility and maintain strong client relationships. Set and execute business development strategies to achieve targets. Present company products (GAEA) to architects, developers, and interior designers for project specifications. Propose product solutions to meet project needs and ensure inclusion in project documentation/tenders. Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities. Respond to customer requests, prepare product samples, catalogs, and quotations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-5 years' experience in business development or sales. Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (for local and overseas business communication). Good presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to grow with the company.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
